In an open-architecture market, the product is not only the algorithm. It is the conformance posture. A fusion engine that cannot be assessed against OMS or UCI is not independently procurable, no matter how capable it is in isolation.
Stator treats libraries, service templates, and conformance tooling as part of the deliverable. The fastest path from running code to a defensible, assessed posture is the product.
