Stator Integration Labs was founded in 2025 by engineers from advanced development programs in defense and aerospace — people who designed and delivered systems under real operational constraints, real consequences, and real physics.
We started this firm because the hardest technical problems deserve teams that have operated at that level before. Stator is where that experience builds the next thing.
Built to last
We're structured as a permanent, family-held R&D institution — no outside equity, no exit clock. In a field where the real risk is anointing a vendor that pivots or gets acquired, permanence is the point.
We build things that work, document why they work, and make sure they keep working. That discipline runs through our defense mission-systems work, our commercial technology function, and the R&D we invest in ahead of the requirement.
A real lineage
Stator didn't come from nowhere. We descend from a long line of defense-electronics work — from the engineers who built the secure backbone of American nuclear command to the aircraft-modification facility that still operates in the same county where we work.
